Some bad news… We’ve been advised that the “Shelby Farms” flea market can no longer be held. Turns out the Memphis Flea Market is moving from the fair grounds to the AgriCenter. And due to all the legal mumbo-jumbo and a no-compete in the contract, Shelby Farms will not be able to have their own flea market there any longer. Bummer!

So we may not be coming back to Shelby… We’ll have to wait and see if the great Shelby Farms organizers find a new venue or if this is it. We’re hoping they do as they were a pleasure to work with (unlike the Memphis crew who after numerous phone calls made it clear they were uninterested in talking to or working with current Shelby Farms vendors).

You can still come and see me at the Southaven Flea Market the 4th weekend of every month. And I’ll post when we do fairs and fests here too. The next fest is Thunder on Water in Grenada, MS on June 13-15th.

If you are organizing an Arts and Crafts Fair or manage a flea market and you are looking for unique, reliable and quality vendors, let me know! We’d love to come and setup our booth and make a day (or weekend) of it!

Outside of the 4th weekend every month where we are permanently at the Southaven, MS Swap Meet and Flea Market, we may be available to participate in your event.

Mississippi Arts & Craft Fairs and Flea Markets

You can come and see us at the Southaven, MS Flea Market located on Rt. 51 just north of Goodman Road. The Flea Market is held the 4th Saturday and Sunday of each month. Rain or shine — we’re inside the arena!

Each month I have a whole bunch of new designs and things I’ve made — you’ll never know what I’ll have! I am pleased to entertain special requests for the following month or you can wait and watch me make earrings, necklaces or suncatchers just for you.

What seems to be popular is for those who buy a new necklace at the market that then need earrings to match. Come on by! You can bring your necklace that you would like me to make custom earrings to match for only $5-$10 pair. We’ll pick out the beads, crystals and semi-precious stones together to match your necklace.

This gives you the opportunity to come and chat with me, and even have items made for you on the spot!
